“I want to do something unconventional in the web space”, says actress Shubhaavi Choksey”

Actress Shubhaavi Choksey who won countless hearts after her stint in the popular show Kasauti Zindagi Ki, aspires to play something that challenges her as an actor. She however believes that web gives an opportunity to every actor to improvise his/her part as there is no race against time.

Talking about getting typecasted and her aspiration behind heading towards web, The Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actor says “I don’t want to play older roles all my life, as I have mentioned earlier that the older roles come with a lot of restrictions and after playing the same type of character in two shows you easily get typecasted. So perhaps, now I aspire to do something unconventional in the web space. I want to do stunts, I want to dance and do something challenging which will satiate my greed as an artist”

Talking about the cons of the same, she further explains “I cannot show skin, or do bold scenes on screen. But I think web shows don’t only revolve around that. Every actor gets their individual screen space and that is what excites me about web” she concludes.

On the professional front, she is currently seen in Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
