Pravisht Mishra to play double role; Batuk Roy Chaudhary returns in a negative role in ‘Barrister Babu’

Colors’ show ‘Barrister Babu’ is set for a major twist as actor Pravisht Mishra aka Anirudh will be seen playing double role as Batuk Roy Chaudhary returns to the show.

Colors’ show ‘Barrister Babu’ is getting quite interesting with each passing episode. The current track of the show revolves around Bondita trying to fight Anirudh’s case and bail him out from Chandrachur’s murder case with dignity. Bondita has found out that Chandrachur is alive and is striving hard to expose him in front of everyone.

Well, the makers have decided to come up with an unexpected twist in the show. Post leap, while all the characters were shown grown-up, the youngest Roy Chaudhary member Batuk was missing from the scene. The character was said to studying in abroad. And now, the time is here to bring Batuk’s character back in the show.

Batuk’s character will be played by none other than Pravisht Mishra. The character will play the roles of both Anirudh and Batuk. Since childhood, there was a sly competition between Batuk and Bondita as both were of same age.

In the recent promo, Anirudh is seen speaking to Batuk on a call and it’s revealed that Mishra will be essaying the role. While Anirudh’s character is a righteous and straight forward, Batuk will have negative traits to his personality. Batuk will be seen dancing with many females around. He also mouths the dialogue saying he will return to make matters worse for Bondita.

Batuk is charmer and has a sharp mind. Pravisht will be seen wearing colored lenses and messy-hair look to differentiate this character from that of Anirudh’s.

We’re sure the viewers will be elated to see the upcoming track. Pravisht’s performance as the bad-boy might also attract a lot of attention.
