Dev Joshi says that ‘BaalVeer Returns will be back soon’

Joshi aka Baal Veer himself had something else to say when asked about the show going off-air.
Yesterday seemed to be a double whammy for TV watchers where news about not one but two shows going off-air hit the web almost instantly. The likes of Shaadi Mubarak and Baalveer Returns were reported to go off-air. While one one hand, Manav Gohil of Shaadi Mubarak confirmed the same and mentioned it is unfortunate; on the other hand actor Dev Joshi aka Baal Veer himself had something else to say.
In an interview with ETimes TV, Joshi said, “The kind of show we are doing needs many people and a lot of space. It’s for our own safety that the production house decided to take a break in these pandemic times. I got a message regarding this in the evening yesterday. Now I am waiting and hoping to start shooting again soon when things ease off a bit.” Ask him about rumours that the show will not be back at all and he says, “I haven’t received any communication like that.”
He added, “In a way, it’s good that we are not shooting. The situation is getting worse outside and with new viruses like the black fungus, I am also skeptical shooting. It is better that we stay at home and stay safe so that we can fight this out.”
