Let’s take a look at how our favourite television celebrities plan to celebrate Diwali!

The festival of lights, Diwali is here.

And just like everybody else, our telly celebs too are excited to celebrate this festivity with their family and close friends.

Let’s take a look at how our favourite television celebrities plan to celebrate this occasion.

Divyanka Tripathi currently seen on ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ on Star Plus:

I support noise free and eco-friendly Diwali. I will visit my friends in Mumbai during the festive days but I will spend quality time with my grandfather and the extended family in Bhopal on the day of Diwali. Every year, we have get-togethers and my grandfather does the puja and other rituals, so I am looking forward to have a great time ahead.

Vivian Dsena last seen in ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa’- 8 on Colors:

Every festival is family time. My wife, Vahbbiz Dorabjee and I enjoy decorating our house and prepare for Laxmi puja. Every year I gift my wife and my parents so this year too, I will be doing the same.

Sidhant Gupta currently seen in ‘Tashan-E-Ishq’ on Zee TV:

When I was a kid, I used to look forward to Diwali firstly because I love fire crackers and the gifts that I would get from all my relatives. Every time I was gifted something, I had to reluctantly say, “no thank you” first, as my mother believes that one should not shamelessly accept gifts. I miss such fond memories, I spent during childhood in my hometown. Now that I am in Mumbai, I plan to celebrate the festival with my close friends. We will offer prayers followed by dinner and playing cards!!

Rati Pandey last seen in Hitler Didi on Zee TV:

This Diwali is dedicated to some of my closest friends and I plan to gift them something which will make their Diwali special, post which I will join my family for celebrations.

Tanya Sharma currently seen in Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star Plus:

I plan to fill my home with lights and prayers and not fumes and noise just like every year. Happy Diwali!

Gaurav Khanna seen in Hazir Jawab Birbal on Big Magic:

This time, I will celebrate Diwali in Mumbai itself and not in my hometown. I plan to celebrate this year a little differently and relax with my friends, enjoy Diwali sweets and play cards.
