Post Anika’s press conference, Gauri and Omkara to fall in love!

Well, it is time for Omkara and Gauri’s budding romance now.

Star Plus’ Ishqbaaz will soon see the forced marriage of Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika (Surbhi Chandna) wherein the former will blame the latter for destroying Priyanka’s life.

Shivaay will drag Anika from her wedding with Nikhil and proving her to be his mistress will marry her and then leave her to fend for herself. And he will also inform Gauri (Shrenu Parikh) about Anika being with him.

However, by the time Gauri can do some damage control, Anika will return to her house, but she will not be spared by her Aunt and her neighbours.

Calling her characterless and comparing her to her mother, Anika’s aunt will throw her out and the neighbours will taunt her and even come to assault her when Gauri will save her. And soon after, Omkara (Kunal Jaisingh) and Rudra (Leenesh Mattoo) too will reach Anika’s place and rescue her and Gauri from her neighbours.

Then comes the press conference part that we already reported about, where after getting immense support from her brothers-in-law, Anika will declare herself as Mrs. Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi and not his mistress.

And seeing Omkara stand beside Anika and against his brother, Gauri’s heart will warm up towards Omkara and she will be content that her sister will have some back up in the form of Omkara and Rudra.

With this, Gauri and Omkara will develop a friendly bond and will eventually start to fall in love with each other.
