And by records we mean things nobody has attempted on television before.

Looks like Sony TV is leaving no stone unturned to see that their upcoming historical saga, Porus turn things up a notch. While, the action sequences are ones to watch out for, the makers and the channel have shot for a dance sequence which will be depicting the India’s rich culture of during 350 B.C.

This dance sequence has been shot on a scale that has never been seen before on Indian Television.

Having been choreographed by celebrated National Award Winning Choreographer Chinni Prakash, the music video features 1000 dancers, approximately 500 Bharatnatyam dancers, 125 Yakshagana dancers and over 150 Kalaripayattu artists.

In the music department as well, the song has over 200 dhol players and over 100 sitar players playing tunes.

We can only imagine how spectacular the song would be.
